Tier 1: Exceptional ROI (Payback Under 3 Years)
Hot Water Cylinder Jacket

- Applies to: Properties with uninsulated hot water cylinders
The cheapest improvement with the fastest payback. If you have an exposed copper cylinder, wrap it today.
Loft Insulation (0mm to 270mm)

Cavity Wall Insulation

Important: Only for genuine unfilled cavities. If the cavity is already filled, or the property has solid walls (pre-1930s typically), this doesn't apply. Get a borescope inspection to confirm.

Floor Insulation (Suspended Timber)

Tier 4: Long Payback (15+ Years — Justified Only by EPC)
External Wall Insulation
